Egg Custard

1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together.  Pour in an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.  sprinkle nutmeg on top while still hot.
